Everyone has amazing bedside manner from the receptionist to Dr. Grey himself. They were compassionate and understanding and exercised an excellent trauma-informed care approach. As someone who is very anxious about medical procedures, I felt safe in spite of the pain and uncomfortable sensations that come with deep cleanings.
